Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy Ten percent (10%) deposit required upon booking. (non-refundable) Forty percent (40%) of booking cost must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Balance of payment to be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Refundable Damage Deposit required in the amount of one night's rental. Payments to be made by personal cheque. Security & Liability Policy Guests agree to all terms & conditions noted in the home. Guests agrees to follow all instructions for the home such as the hot tub, BBQ, appliances, etc. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay including those caused by others invited by guests. If guests violate any of these rental agreements, we reserve the right to refuse or interrupt the rental at any given time. The homeowner is not liable for any damage, costs, claims, and losses arising from any accidents, injuries, damages, thefts, and distress whether it is negligence of the owner or guest. Guests shall waive all liability towards owner.
